Fields & Cardoso (2008), relates that this comprometimento directly affects in the professional relationship – human being. However, the great obstacle to be faced currently by the team of health of the UINs is the accomplishment of the humanizao of the assistance, which had the technology to be in first place. Decurrent of this fact, the professionals demonstrate to be more interactive with the machines of what with its patients. Ahead of this, mothers when observing its children under fototerapia and for being gifts in the UIN for the first time, are front to an ackward situation folloied by deplorable and lamentable feelings. In this in case that, she does not have efficient communication or this if she finds absentee, thus affecting in the clarification concerning the state of health of its son, as well as of all the technological apparatus that the fence, in the great majority of the times, not carrying through an adequate assistance.
For Ikezawa and Kakehash (1995) cited in Fields et al (2006), not having the clarification of the adjusted information and a psychological support, consequently creates a distance of the parents in the UIN and, of its children. According to S Grandson (1998), cited in Barbosa and Rodrigues (2004), the absence of the mother in the hospitalization phase promotes a series of emotional difficulties felt by its children, being these with lesser age that five years does not have to be separate of its mothers during the period of its internment. Fields and Cardoso (2004) they tell that in its experience as assistencial nurse in the UINs in two public hospitals of $fortaleza-CE had repaired that the mothers presented questionable looks, surprised, observing and rightened followed of impatience when seeing its children with the eyes covered during the fototerpica therapy. They revealed inconsolveis and melancholic front to a different situation that had imagined or idealized.
